Q. I have created my site and it
looks great in Preview mode
but the Publish button is dimmed. How can I publish the site?
A. If the Publish button is dimmed, it means that you are not
registered as a paid user. If you are a paid user, please contact us
right away and we will solve the problem. If you are not yet a paid
user, sign-up now and you will be able to publish your site.
Q. Where can I get suggestions for building my site?
A. We provide some
general recommendations. You may
also contact us at support@fortherapists.com
if you would like more assistance.
Q. In the Site Builder, why is the Add Page button dimmed?
A. There is a maximum of 5 pages, plus a homepage,
allowed per site.
Free Trial
Q. When I sign up for a free trial I never receive
the email that contains my password and/or the password I receive
does not work.
A. If you do not receive the email with the password
please look in any "Junk" mail or "Spam" folders
that you may have set up. In the event that you still cannot find
the email please
email us at support@fortherapists.com stating
your account name (or desired account name) and we will set the account
up and send you
a new password. Once you receive this, or if you find your original
password email, you can login anytime by clicking on the "Member
Login" button
at the top of any page.
Q. What happens if I'm not happy?
A. We think you'll be thrilled with your new site, but if you're not for any reason, we will refund your purchase within 30 days without hassle.
